At Decals R Us JR, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products and reliable service to our clients, including schools, organizations, and businesses. Because many of our products are custom-made, the following policy applies:

 

 

 

Custom Orders

 

 

All custom products (including decals, banners, signage, canopies, and printed materials) are made to order and cannot be returned for resale.

 

However, we will gladly provide a replacement or resolution if an issue meets the conditions below.

 

 

 

Eligible for Replacement or Correction

 

 

We will replace or correct an order at no additional cost if:

 

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • The item received does not match the approved proof or order details

 

 

To qualify:

 

  • Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery

  • Photos of the issue and original packaging may be required

  • Items must not have been used, installed, or altered

 

 

 

 

Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

 

 

If an order is damaged or lost during transit:

 

  • We will assist in filing a shipping claim when applicable

  • Replacement timelines may depend on carrier resolution

  • We work proactively to ensure minimal disruption to your project or event

 

 

 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

 

Refunds or replacements are not issued for:

 

  • Errors in customer-approved artwork, spelling, colors, or sizes

  • Changes requested after proof approval

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or force majeure events

 

 

 

 

Refunds

 

 

Refunds are issued only if:

 

  • A replacement is not feasible

  • The issue is verified and approved by our team

 

 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

 

 

Proof Approval

 

 

All custom orders require artwork approval prior to production.

Approval confirms that design, spelling, colors, and dimensions are correct.
